Penn Alps Home Style Buffets

The best buffet ever. Hands down. Salad bar, main course, and desert bar. 5 star. Service and prices are great. We are there every couple of weeks.

Roast Turkey

We went to Penn Alps with friends and had a wonderful time. I had the Turkey and dressing with cranberry sauce and the salad/dessert bar. Wow, it was SO good! Then I had some oat cake and apple sauce bread for dessert mmmmmm!! We shopped at the store, walked the bridge and then walked and shopped the artisan village...talked to the artists...bought some things at Fernwood as well as some amazing pottery. So, we were there for hours and had an amazing meal and a great afternoon.

Nut Brown Pudding

It was delicious, and I came home and looked online for a recipe. Only one available on cooks.com but I tried it and it's not at all the same. I made some changes and it's better but still not quite right. I'll keep on trying, lol.

Penn Alps Choice Buffet

First visit there and was not disappointed. Great food our group enjoyed the Friday seafood buffet and it was great. The salad bar was fresh and fully stocked with anything you could want on a salad. The white house dressing was so good! We had a great time and will be back. Our server was friendly and we enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decor.

Penn Alps Home Style Buffets

Smaller buffet but still three choices for meat (chicken, roast beef or ham). All three were delicious. The other items on the salad bar and the food bar were fresh and delicious as well. The only disappointment would be the cherry cobbler. The crust was hard and almost unedible. I was pleased to see regular ice cream offered instead of the softserve. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us several times. We were very pleased with meal and will return when we are in the area.
